But somehow she did not attach any importance to this, considering it to be the next generation of idle talk. And once a case helped me to see firsthand that it is quite possible to clean the toilet with Coca-Cola, and it will turn out very well.

One day, my average little son made his way to the kitchen and opened a bottle of Coca-Cola brought by a loving aunt, thinking that I was already sleeping and would not stop him from drinking a forbidden drink in our house. I caught him when he managed to take only a few sips. I grabbed a bottle in my hearts, splashed cola in the toilet in front of his eyes, accompanied by understandable notations, and sent him to sleep.

In the morning, visiting the toilet and flushing the toilet, I was amazed at the changes. In general, I consider myself a pretty clean housekeeper, the toilet (like the sink) is not in such a deplorable state. But then I saw that it could be much better: the toilet simply shone. The limescale disappeared along the edge of the bowl, a small rusty spot disappeared, and indeed the bowl began to look somehow newer or something. I realized that cola really cleans the toilet from a lot of dirt. Although, to be honest, as it turned out later, not all can wash it. But then it does not contain chlorine, hydrochloric acid and other dangerous substances.

What cleans Coca-Cola?

Cola is a combination of several other substances that together make it a great cleanser. It:

• carbonic acid;
• orthophosphoric acid;
• carbon dioxide.

This composition allows you to remove rust, limescale, yellowness, soap stains, dirt and other pollution of organic origin. After all, as you know, active bubbles and soft acids are famous for their washing properties.

Accordingly, cleaning the toilet with Coca-Cola is not a radical, but very effective and, moreover, safe way.

If you need to clean the inside of the toilet, first scoop out as much water as possible from the bowl. After all, everything that is under it is not accessible to the stake.

How can I clean the toilet with cola?

If the toilet is not too neglected, it’s enough to simply pour a couple of glasses of soda into it, trying to cover all the spots and leave it like that for at least one hour. More is better. If it was not possible to completely clear all the dirt the first time, the procedure can be repeated, leaving the cola in the toilet bowl for a longer time. Hard-to-reach spots are washed with a rag dipped in a stake, after putting on gloves, or treated with a drink from a spray bottle.

If you first treat the toilet with a brush, and then repeat this treatment after the cola, before washing off the water, the effect will be much higher.

Do not fill the cola into the toilet bowl if water from the tank constantly oozes into it. Even thin streams will quickly wash off the active ingredients of Coca-Cola.

How to clean the plumbing from heavy pollution? For more serious problems, you can try pouring hot soda into the toilet bowl. If you remember from the school chemistry course, many reactions proceed much faster and more actively when the temperature rises. You just have to be careful with hot soda - it is much easier to burn yourself with it than with plain hot water.

Remember that the drink itself is not a disinfectant. Plus, he's sweet. So, the microbes in it will only multiply faster. Therefore, after such cleaning, use additional disinfectants.

Now you know how to clean the toilet with Coca-Cola. But keep in mind that this is by no means a panacea. Cola may not be all. For example, it is not subject to:

• stains from fats or oils;
• from school ink;
• pollution by any pigments (except rust).
