If you also use pre-softened (boiled or filtered) water, the result will be even better. The main thing is not to forget to rinse the product in vinegar after such a treatment, shake well and ventilate.

There is another unusual way to soften products - extreme cooling. If you wash a clean towel in spring water or put it in a bucket of snow for several hours, and then rinse and dry, the texture of its fibers will noticeably improve.
