Instead of the usual leather and fur, the modern textile industry increasingly uses synthetic fabrics and fillers. A special place in the list of such materials was won by bio-fluff. This light and soft insulation is used for stuffing down jackets, winter trousers and other varieties of warm clothing.

Unfortunately, many owners of practical and convenient products forget that the artificial component needs a rather specific care. Only if you properly clean capricious things and set the correct parameters when processing them in the washing machine, you can count on the long service of the item and maintaining its attractiveness.

How to wash clothes from bio down in a washing machine?

Washing products from bio-fluff in a typewriter is quite acceptable, but only if the basic recommendations are followed, the material does not deform, remains safe and hypoallergenic, retains its volume and will retain heat just as effectively.

Even a voluminous down jacket will not suffer during the processing, if you keep in mind the following points:

1. The washing mode can only be manual or delicate, while the temperature should not exceed 40 ° C.
2. It is better to turn off spinning altogether, or set the indicator to 600 rpm.
3. If you plan to use an air conditioner, you will have to rinse the fluff additionally.
4. It is better to refuse dry powder as the main detergent. At this temperature, washing with liquid or gel products will give a better result. But such problems as the appearance of plaque or stains can be avoided.
5. Bio-fluff is not allowed to pre-soak! Even a short stay in still water will negatively affect the artificial composition. If there are serious contaminants on the surface of the product, additional local cleaning should be carried out using specialized stain removers or laundry soap.

Considering the fact that household items and clothes that are filled with bio-fluff are very actively used by consumers, cleaning will have to be done quite often. Machine wash is not the only option, manual exposure to the artificial filler can be no less effective, but a safer alternative.

Hand wash can be used not only if frequent processing is necessary. Sometimes this is the only option for influencing the bio product, for example, if the thing is so large that it does not fit in the drum. In this case, you need to proceed according to the following scheme:

• In a bath with warm water, we dilute the liquid powder or gel for washing. The temperature of the liquid should initially be no more than 40 ° C, despite the fact that it will cool down quite quickly. Violation of this rule can lead to the destruction of useful enzymes and reduce the quality of the final result.
• First, you need to beat the thing well with your hands, so that the fluff becomes more loose. We place the product in water and again beat it gently, achieving uniform wetting.
• Without waiting, we immediately proceed to the processing of pollution. Usually, the additional use of soap solutions or stain removers is not required, the brush and detergent can cope well even with the most persistent stains.

Tip: It is highly recommended not to squeeze artificial fluff with your hands during the cleaning process. From this, he will gather in lumps, which in the future will be difficult to break.On the contrary, it is better to constantly shake things, moving from one section to another.

• After the desired result is achieved, drain the water, and put the clean object on a special stand or hang it in order to make soapy water in the glass.
• Having got rid of the main moisture, rinse the product several times, allowing the liquid to drain freely after each approach.

The use of vacuum bags is strictly prohibited, this is fraught with deformation of the filler, which is difficult to fight even for professionals. Collapse and cleave such items is also not worth it. It is better to just hang them in a closet, after having straightened all the creases and folds. It is better not to create pressure on the filler.
