It is possible to freeze lazy dumplings from cottage cheese as well as "hardworking" ones. They are made from the same products. The difference is only in the method of preparation. Flourless semi-finished products without preservatives (homemade) can be stored in the freezer for 1 to 3 months. Before cooking, they do not need to be thawed - they should be thrown immediately into boiling water. After surfacing, they boil for 2 minutes. Total cooking takes no more than 10 minutes.
